YOUTH OUTREACH CENTER

Our Youth Outreach Center is the heartbeat of Street Ministries 25:40 - a safe, welcoming place where youth ages 12 to 24 can escape the chaos of the streets and experience compassion, community, and consistency. It’s more than just a shelter from the storm - it’s a place where lives are being transformed one relationship at a time.

TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM

Our Transitional Living Program is designed to give young men a second chance at life. We provide housing, job training, discipleship, and life coaching for individuals aged 18 to 24 who are ready to leave behind homelessness, addiction, or instability and walk toward a brighter future.

STREET CHURCH

Street Church is where we bring worship, prayer, and fellowship to the streets. We meet people where they are - under bridges, outside shelters, and in forgotten places - with a message of hope that doesn’t require cleaned-up appearances or perfect pasts.

We meet urgent, practical needs every single day - hot meals, hygiene kits, clothing, and more. For someone living on the edge of survival, even the smallest act of kindness can be life-changing. We provide for the body as we minister to the soul.

SUCCESS STORIES

Before Street Ministries 25:40, I was sleeping in my car...

...Bouncing between fast food jobs, and feeling like I had no future. They gave me a place to stay, but more than that, they gave me direction. Jason and the other mentors here didn’t just help me get a job, they taught me how to manage money, build a routine, and believe in myself again. Today I’m working full-time, saving for my own apartment, and helping lead Bible study for guys who are where I once was. I didn’t just find shelter, I found family.

My parents were always fighting, and I never felt safe. I started hanging out at Street Ministries just to kill time, but what I found was love - real love. The staff listened to me, prayed with me, and showed me that I mattered. Now I go to the youth center almost every day. That might not seem like much—but to me, it was everything. I’ve been attending Street Church ever since. I haven’t kicked all my demons yet, but now I know I’m not fighting alone. These people bring Jesus to places most others won’t go.

WHAT WE FIGHT FOR

A Christian’s mission is to share the Gospel wherever they go. Jesus called us to be “fishers of men,” and we aim to fulfill both the Great Commission and Paul’s charge in 2 Timothy 2:2—to teach others who will teach others. With declining church attendance, salvations, and active congregations in recent years, the need for domestic mission work has never been more urgent.

Street Ministries 25:40 exists to answer that call. As a domestic mission, we serve others as Christ did—meeting physical and spiritual needs while equipping churches to reach the lost in their own communities. We've partnered with congregations to develop effective outreach ministries and provide training in personal Bible studies, conversation starters, and relationship-building. Our goal is to make evangelism approachable, Scripture-centered, and rooted in compassion—empowering believers to confidently live out the Great Commandments and the Great Commission.

HOMELESSNESS

Many of the youth and young adults we serve have no place to call home. We provide shelter, consistency, and a path toward stability.

ADDICTION

Substance abuse is a battle we face head-on, with compassion, community, and Christ-centered support for those ready to break free.

MENTAL HEALTH

Anxiety, depression, and trauma run deep. We offer safe spaces, listening ears, and spiritual healing for broken hearts and minds.

CYCLES

Poverty, abuse, and dysfunction often pass from one generation to the next. We're breaking these cycles through truth, love, and life-skills training.

IDENTITY

So many have no idea who they are or what they’re worth. We fight spiritual emptiness by helping people discover their God-given identity and purpose.

ISOLATION

Loneliness and abandonment plague those we serve. We build community, where everyone is seen, valued, and never has to walk alone.
